Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. A proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.
Some items cannot be returned:
Final sale or clearance products, gift cards, personalized or custom-made items unless defective, and certain hygiene-related products such as underwear or swimwear (unless defective or damaged).
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email support@shopquei.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the product is damaged or defective. After approval, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Please note that all returns must be pre-approved. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations may result in denial or a reduced refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Partial refunds may apply if an item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts not reported at delivery.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. We will process the refund for the first item once it is returned and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours at support@shopquei.com with photos and details. You may choose a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all related shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it must be handled as a return after delivery. Shipping fees for non-defective items cannot be refunded once the order has been shipped.
Refund Timeline
After receiving your returned item, we will email you with the refund status. Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method, though your bank or card provider may require additional time.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the issue is caused by us, Shopquei will cover all return shipping costs.
