1. What is Shopquei?
Shopquei is an online fashion store specializing in women's clothing and accessories. We operate as a dropshipping business, which means we don’t keep stock on hand. Instead, we partner with global suppliers from China, Europe, Australia, and the U.S. to deliver the latest trends directly to your door.
2. How does shipping work?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders! Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days from the moment your order is processed.
For faster delivery, you can choose Express Shipping for an additional fee of $14.90, which reduces the delivery time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check your package’s progress directly on our website or through the carrier's website.
3. Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from our trusted suppliers located in China, Europe, Australia, and the United States. This allows us to offer a wide variety of styles and keep up with the latest fashion trends.
4. What is your return policy?
At Shopquei, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

5. How do I return an item?
To start a return, please email us at contato@shopquei.com.br with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. Remember, you must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

9. What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We sincerely apologize if you've received a damaged or defective item. Please email us at contato@shopquei.com.br within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include:

- Photos of the damage or defect
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or a full refund.
10. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Currently, Shopquei only ships to locations within the United States. We may expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and is applied to your order if required by local or state laws. The tax will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
