We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. Boxes.

Free Shipping and Delivery Time

At Shopquei, we offer free shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 12 business days. As a dropshipping e-commerce, we work with trusted suppliers from China, Europe, Australia, and the USA to deliver your products straight to your door.

Express Shipping

Need your order faster? You can select our Express Shipping option for an additional fee of $14.90, with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process it. After processing, your package will be shipped according to the shipping method selected.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors outside our control.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance or carrier-related issues.

Shipping Partners

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to select countries outside the U.S. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination, but international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.

Customs and Duties

If you're ordering from outside the U.S., please note that customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and may be applied by your country's customs office.

Address Errors

If you've entered an incorrect address, your package may be returned to us by the carrier. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to confirm your correct address and reship the package. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is not returned to us, we will not be held responsible for the loss.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order is marked as delivered.

Damaged Products

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or a refund, as necessary.

Shopquei is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
